1) How do I make payment?

We accept payment via

All payments are handled via secured connections by major international payment gateways for your security. 

2) How would my items be shipped to me?

All orders would be shipped in discreet security envelopes without any external markings and packages would be labeled as “Mens Apparel”. For more details on shipping and estimated shipping times, please click here. All orders will be shipped from our Singapore warehouse. 

3) How fast are orders processed?

All orders are processed for shipping on the same day or the next working day depending on the time of the order. (Excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email from us once it has been processed.

4) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! We ship worldwide to any destination. 

5) Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes shipping to PO boxes is available. Simply fill in the address during checkout and the order will be processed accordingly. 

6) Return / Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature, there are no returns or exchanges on all underwear products.  If there are any defects with the received products, kindly inform us by email within 7 days of receipt to hq@xcit3.com and we will be happy to resolve the matter for you.
